Remodels start at $25K for a bathroom, $60K for a kitchen and $200K for a full-home remodel, as the pricing table above shows. After a consultation you get a fixed, written proposal before any work starts.
Yes. Depending on the project, we can coordinate design, engineering, permitting, construction, and project management so you have one accountable team from planning through completion. Work involving structural changes, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, additions, ADUs, and many deck projects commonly requires permits. When permits are required for your project, we handle the process.
