Most kitchen remodels take 4–10 weeks once construction starts. Larger projects involving structural changes, major layout modifications, or extensive custom work may take longer. We provide a project-specific schedule before construction begins.
Kitchen remodels start at $60K for a Same-Footprint Kitchen Remodel, $75K for a Kitchen Reconfiguration and $100K for an Open-Concept / Structural Remodel, at our Select finish level. Premium and Luxury finishes start higher, as the pricing table above shows. After a consultation you get a fixed, written price before any work starts.
Yes. Kitchen remodels that move plumbing, electrical, or walls usually need a permit in the greater Seattle area. We handle the entire process: drawings, submission, and inspections. You never deal with the city, and we'll tell you upfront if your project needs a permit.
For most full remodels the kitchen is out of service for part of the project. We plan the sequence with you up front, set up a temporary prep area where possible, and keep the timeline tight so you're back to normal as fast as possible.
