Most deck projects take 2 to 6 weeks once construction starts. Elevated, multi-level, covered or structurally complex decks can take longer. We give you a project-specific schedule before construction begins.
Deck projects start at $15K for Deck Resurfacing / Re-Decking, $25K for a New Single-Level Deck and $45K for an Elevated / Multi-Level Custom Deck, at our Select level. Premium and Luxury start higher, as the pricing table above shows. After a consultation you get a fixed, written proposal before any work starts.
Yes. When your deck needs a permit, we handle the entire process: drawings, submission, and inspections. You never deal with the city, and we'll tell you upfront if your project needs a permit.
We fence off the work zone, protect existing landscaping, and haul away debris daily. If grading or footings require disturbing a planting bed, we'll flag it during the design phase so there are no surprises.
