Most bathroom remodels take 5 to 14 days once construction starts. A simple refresh (vanity, tile, fixtures) is typically 5 to 7 days. A full gut-and-rebuild takes 10 to 14 days. We give you a specific timeline before we start, no vague "2 to 4 week" estimates.
Bathroom remodels start at $7K for a Powder Room, $25K for a Guest / Small Bathroom and $55K for a Primary / Master Bathroom, at our Select finish level. Premium and Luxury finishes start higher, as the pricing table above shows. After a consultation you get a fixed, written proposal before any work starts.
Yes, for work that requires permits (structural changes, significant plumbing moves, electrical upgrades), we handle the entire process: drawings, submission, and inspections. You never deal with the city. We'll tell you upfront if your project needs a permit.
No. Most homeowners stay in their home throughout the remodel. We use plastic barriers to contain dust and clean the jobsite every single day. If you have only one bathroom, we'll discuss sequencing with you to minimize disruption.
